The phone would not connect when plugged into the c7000, it showed vpn tunnel failure. Then the phone said discovering and had some numbers.
Hello all, I am attempting to configure a USG VPN for use with an Avaya phone system. I have successfully built a PSK based tunnel that works with the Zyxel VPN client using IPSec, but have been unable to get an Avaya phone (model 9608) to connect using these settings. The phone is failing during the 'Exchanging Keys' configuration and the phone gives the failure reason as 'IKE Phase 1 No Im having difficulty with a site-to-site vpn where it can only be initiated/established from one side of the VPN. So from 1 side of the vpn i can ping accross with no issues and vpn tunnel is established successfully, however when i try this from the other side of the vpn it never establishes and the state is stuck in MM_KEY_EXCH. Jul 27, 2016 · I have the same problem. VPN works fine over my ATT mobile service, an ATT hotspot, and my existing Comcast modem. But over my UVERSE GW (5268AC), no connection. Chatted with ATT support and they tried DMZ+, but no luck. Wanted to send me to there premium support for a fee in order to resolve. Has anyone figured out a resolution?
